We’ve developed a proprietary process mapping methodology that blends clarity with an appropriate level of detail that can be embedded in the business and used by the finance function.

We can bring our experience to bear across all processes in the finance function e.g. Purchase to Pay, Order to Cash, and Accelerating the Month End Close.

Standing shoulder to shoulder with the finance team, we are doers, not simply advisers on the sideline. We understand that it is often the weakness in the processes around the systems, rather than the systems themselves that cause the most problems. We specialise in optimising these processes and embedding fit for purpose working practices in order to give demonstrable improvement to short order, providing real value for money.

Our experience gives us a unique insight into appropriate costs for a range of activities across the business. We are able to establish Target Operating Models and cost these up appropriately, identifying savings and in the case of acquisitions, synergies. We apply our experience and determine the quantum and crucially the likely timing of any cost savings, giving management useful insight.
