Our support covers every step on this journey. We start by creating timely and impactful reporting from day one, followed by hands-on support to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the finance function, building the tools and reporting required to develop and evidence the equity story. From here, we begin exit preparation to improve deal certainty and maximise returns.
Throughout this journey, we can also assist with bolt-on acquisitions, refinancings and transformation projects to provide ad-hoc support where it’s needed most. We’ll always give sponsors value-driving information from day one.
We also work with sponsors to provide bespoke models for funds which can be used throughout the life of a fund, first as a fundraising resource, before serving as an invaluable operational and reporting tool. Our models are used by investment professionals, fund controllers, management companies and GPs to manage capital flows, monitor performance, and calculate carried interest with confidence and precision.
