Giving back to our local communities and the environment around us has always been a core tenet of our business. Having established our ESG and sustainability committees, we have actively identified areas where we can make a real difference while considering the environmental impact of all our decisions.
To support our local communities, we partnered with Migrant Leaders, regularly conducting workshops for mentees on the scheme to equip them with important skills. We have also offered mentorship opportunities, providing a number of the mentees with 1-2 week paid internships to give them vital insight into the work we do. This recently resulted in us winning Migrant Leaders’ Corporate Impact Award 2025, recognising our commitment to social mobility, diversity and inclusion.
To protect the environment around us, we use donations to compensate for our carbon footprint. By using the Ecoligi platform, we invest in companies that are making a positive impact on the environment.
