We were asked to establish the PMO, train internal staff and following initial running, hand over the running to local teams.
- Established detailed work plans with each of the 13 workstream leads, ensuring alignment where applicable
- Developed suite of weekly and monthly reports for project team, executive team and contract board.
- Set up risk and issue register and documentation
- Trained project workstream leads and support staff to enable ongoing PMO management
- The PMO was set up and ran effectively with a smooth handover to internal staff.
- The new contract went live as planned
